This will be short since it’s so late here. I got quite a few things done here tonight. There is some change to the way things look, but there will be more. This site is definitely an experimental project. Most of the changes I made turned out to be structural, meaning within the program itself.

I have added a deal of the day spot where different products will show up all the time. Plus added a Digg button and at the end of every post a bar will show up for you to bookmark the post if you want to…Hopefully some will.

I’m going to try and get a couple of other things done tomorrow and then we’ll see if there is much of a change.

Big Changes are a happening very soon. As you know I have started working on developing this site into a full blown web 2.0 presence, While I left the last post up for a couple of days, so as many people could see it as possible, it’s time to move on. And move on we are going to do. Take a look at the site the way it’s presented right now. Not a lot of style….Pretty bland….But still we are getting some good traffic.

Now it’s time to take it up a notch. I will be working on some internal structure later today and will be adding some things and making some over all changes. To the look and functionality of the site. Hopefuly making it better for you and me.

One thing I do want to bring to your attention though. There is, I don’t know if it would be called a movement, but many online marketers are giving away stuff these days. And some things are very neat to have. But there is one thing that you really need to steer clear of….and that is the guy who promises to give you a gazillion pre-built niche sites that you put up and bam, money comes rolling in daily.  Well I thought I would look at one of these sites and actually put it up.

Let me warn you, it looks and works like crap!! I have not done anything to it. This is just how it came out of the box you might say. And the guy marketing this stuff has a package with 85 sites about all kinds of subjects. So if you want to see what you get when you see someone selling you these sites cheap or giving them away….then Click Here. The subject matter I think could be a very cool one to do…it’s about Beer.  But as you will see it’s just terrible. Even though this is my site…and is only up as a model of what not to do…don’t click any banners or adsense or anything else. Try and click on an article you want to see and see what comes up. Tell you right now, it won’t be what you are looking for..ie; click Lager and you’re likely to get a beer bread recipe or something else.

So if you are interested in seeing what these super Gurus are giving away just take a look at my beer site. Then run like hell.

Giant Rip Off is exactly right. I did not know this was possible. I must say that I found this incredulous to say the least. I couldn’t imagine people doing this. You’ll see in a moment if I have this setup right. Anyway, we are not just here to promote marketing, but to help people avoid crazy stuff too, like what you are about to see. I’m sure you’ll find this valuable info if I can get it to work right.

I have always wondered about all these so called marketers making millions and their claims about their accounts being full of money and have multiple accounts. Now I see why it looks that way.

In case you didn’t quite understand what was being done,  Jack Sinclair was exposing and demonstrating how to phony up the numbers in a clickbank account or paypal account by editing the page, changing the actual numbers by inflating them and the restoring page back to normal. Then the big Guru takes a screenshot of the edited page  so it looks like the marketer is making thousands and thousands with their opportunity.

Network Marketing has truly reached the threshold. There are so many families struggling to make it these days with Mom and Dad  both working and still that is not enough….They still end up with more month than money. It’s sad but true for Millions of people in the United States and especially around the world. So Network Marketing is coming to the aid of thousands of people.

As I said earlier that I was shopping around for a Networking Company. I have found one and will be signing up this next week. Contrary to what I had previously thought and planned, I’m not going to promote the Company or the opportunity here. The reason is that I have learned a thing or two since my first plans were announced. Hopefully I’m much wiser, I think I am….so that is what is behind my decision not to promote here.

Through ‘The Mentoring For Free’ organization I have really discovered and now fully understand the world of Network Marketing. And the reason most people fail time and time again. It’s not about the company or the products, although that does definitely have bearing on your future success. But what Network Marketing is really all about is building Relationships.  There are many companies out there with good products and good compensation plans. What is missing for most people who join an opportunity is that true relationship building is missing.

I have found some wonderful people to associate myself with, people who I would like to have as friends, not just MLM associates. So why won’t I mention the company and opportunity? Because I don’t want to just grab every Tom, Dick and Harry that shows some interest. I plan on building a strong business with great people. And to do that, a relationship must develop….and for all I know, you may not like me or I may not like you. That would not make for a good business relationship.

The Mentoring For Free program has nothing to do with anyone business. It’s an organization of like minded people, helping other’s no matter what opportunity they are involved in or thinking about joining. During the training calls, no one is allowed to mention any company or product. It’s all about learning why people don’t succeed and what to do to make sure you can help other people achieve their goals and dreams.

As a result I will not promote my company here. What I will do is get more information about the free mentoring program, and even provide you with a free ebook that is absolutely incredible in it’s information and honesty. Once you have read the book and understand what I’m talking about, I’ll be glad to help you anyway I can. At that point you will be in a position to know if you want more. And if you do, then we can talk and start to build a relationship…that’s if you find you like me….I’m easy, I like everyone actually…so no problem on my part.

Time To Travel …..  into another realm. It’s 4:40AM here and I’m still up trying to get stuff done. There is a program that I’m going to experiment with this coming week. It’s an interesting concept and seems workable to me. At least at first glance.

I said we would be doing a product review. And so we shall. But first it’s important for you to go here and read this article. There’s no cost, it’s just the page where the example article is located on EzineArticles.com that my brother wrote. It’s only 700 words, about average for most articles used in article marketing. The importance here is that this article was written in less than 10 minutes with the help of our Product Spotlight tonight…..I.A.W.P.

I.A.W.P. is a very neat little program that will help you write an article on any subject you can think of,… and I mean any subject. Here’s in a nutshell what it will do. You open the program and insert a keyword. Then click on a search button and the program automatically goes out on the web and finds articles and information regarding that subject. It selects sentences from all kinds of sources that are relevant to your keyword, assembles them in a rational grouping consisting of anywhere from  1 to 4 or 5 sentences forming a paragraph. It lists those snippets in subtopics, which allows you to logically select the paragraphs and assemble them in an order that makes sense and flows nicely.

How we use the program is to do the above and then read and make sure that the tenses are right and in some cases will add a little to a paragraph or take away a bit, all in hopes of making it sound better. The program also lets you know where the information was obtained, so if there happens to be an interesting quote or report that you want to give due credit too, you can list the source of your information.

There is no problem with plagiarism as you are only using small snippets of any one source and many times you’ll even make small changes to the script selected , making the assembled final article a product of your own thought process.

Article Marketing is still a very viable and necessary part of any online marketing effort when it comes to generating traffic to your website. This program is essential if you are going to want to provide content and not rely on the usual Private Label Rights crap that everyone else seems to be using. You will be providing special one of a kind articles….and they will go a lot farther in driving traffic to your site than the PLR stuff out there that everyone grabs onto.

We use this program exstensively, but we also write stuff on our own when there is a subject that is near and dear to our hearts. I will soon be writing an article about the top 5 poker mistakes players make. That article I will write all on my own, because the information is all from my knowledge base. So I don’t want or need to go do a search for info.

You will see that we are adding a new page called ‘Tool Chest’……. In there we will be listing products in a couple of categories in relation to marketing online. The top category will be Must Have products in your arsenal. These will be items we believe you must have and use. Some maybe free and some will cost you. But remember you are trying to establish a business and there’s no getting around it, you must invest some money to start that business. Hopefully as little as possible. Then there will be Should Have category that will be products you should have but can do without if you have too. And then there will be the Fun and Helpful category. Which will be products that depending on your goals and interest will be things that are just what we have labelled them….fun and helpful, but you may not even need them.

Ok we have talked about the product and pointed out it’s basic use, and labled it a Must Have. Here is the Product Link to go get complete details. As I have said many times, this site is about a live case study with complete transparency. The Reviewed Product is one that I wholly believe in and as a result I have signed up to be an afilliate marketer. Part of that transparency is acknowledging when we have a personal interest in something we mention or will be profiting from in some monetary way. But that’s what this whole experiment is about. Developing an online presence with a web 2.0 site that will grow into a solid business.

If you have any desire to create and grow your business online, article marketing is a must and this product is a Must Have product. I believe you will find it’s cost minimal in relation to it’s value. Criminy sakes, you can use the product for the first month for just $7……Then decide if you want to continue to use it. I’m sure you will. So go take a look!

If we agree that Web 2.0 is the new wave crashing on the shores of the internet, then it only makes sense that everything that came before would be Web 1.0….wouldn’t you agree? Static websites, long sales pages promoting the latest products and programs. To make your site stand out from others, keywords and SEO optimization was in vogue and drove the search engines in their quest to find and rank the best sites.

Then social sites sprang up, such as Facebook and Myspace and others. More seem to pop up on an almost daily schedule. About a day and a half after they appeared, the smart marketers figured a way to monetize those sites.  But the Gurus weren’t the only ones to discover theses sites All the search engines were made aware of their existence and adjusted appropriately. So now the rule of the day is ‘Content…brother….Content’ and rightly so.  But content was becoming more important prior to the Web 2.0 craze.

The only problem with social site marketing is that blogs aren’t necessarily Article friendly. And Articles delivering content became very important as Internet marketing grew and matured. But blogs are more personal in nature. They are best served when personal experience and personal views are related through those blogs.

With that all said, content is still ‘King’ when it comes to engine friendly sites. There is no better vehicle for content than articles. As a result of that, I have dubbed ‘Article Marketing’, ‘Web 1.5 which I happen to really like for obvious reasons. So I have decided to do a product review tomorrow night that I think you will be impressed with at least some anyway. Maybe even more.

I said in the beginning of this site that we would be looking into Network Marketing along with Internet Marketing. I even made a commitment to have had a Network opportunity started already. But there have been some roadblocks that has not made that possible as of yet.

Those roadblocks have been entirely located in my head. There certainly isn’t any shortage of opportunities floating around. But starting an opportunity without the correct and solid under pinning that I believe is necessary, would be folly at best. By that I mean, that the selection of the Networking program is important, but not the most important thing.

I say that because many people who enter into a Networking company or opportunity do so for all the wrong reasons. Well actually there is only one wrong reason. And that is they do so for any and every reason other than the right one. So what is the right reason?

To answer that, we have to look at what Network Marketing is as it’s most base element. That resides in the word ‘Network’ and what it really means. A clearer picture could be drawn by sketching out a group of people all holding hands, standing shoulder to shoulder or even all driving in a giant R.V. on a long road trip. The right reason is people!!!

You don’t join a company…..You join and associate with people. You need to be successful, a good connection with people. So if we are going to make a move into Network marketing, it’s about the people you will be directly involved with on a daily basis. I have not found a situation just right as I see it anyway. I know there are some great people out there, I just haven’t found the right spot to land yet. Plus I’d like to see our readership grow a bit more and since Network Marketing is not a get rich quick scheme, there is no need to rush into anything.

Maybe soon….maybe not. We’ll just have to see. 

I finished up watching the 2nd half of the marketing webinar and have most of the web 2.0 stuff set up. We will continue to fine tune and then start to deliver the results as to our traffic building efforts.

This is  going to be short.  Not feeling very well. Here is the basics. The product that I’m talking about is called ‘Cash1234′  Only and only invest in this program if you are a gambler. The reason is that the program is based on a stair step system where each step following the 1st builds on the previous one.

Now here is the main problem. The first step is  based on gambling. You are supposed to start playing Blackjack or an even money game and then double up your losing bets till you reach your set goal. Once you make some money then you invest it in the 2nd step or program or system. I don’t even remember what 2-3-4 is, as I couldn’t get past the ridiculousness of the first step.

So if you decide to move on it, have at it……but remember you were warned.

Nothing new on the Google Nemesis project…except that about 138 people have seen the Nemesis page and no sales. About half have seen the non Nemesis site and no sales their either. We’ll keep watching.
